I called this business because I have two very tall palm trees that are in desperate need of trimming. He laughed at me because I only had two trees. A simple no mam would have sufficed. I guess he is too big of a business to help local people who are in need of his services. He will never get a recommendation from me or get a call back when I have a much bigger job to do.
