I want to begin with saying the tech that came out to service my furnace was a very nice and polite individual. Did a fantastic job. However, my issue and reason for 1 star review is because i was charged $415 dollars ($95 visit fee) for less than an hour worth of work and the damaged parts being covered under warranty. I live in a new build and the furnace is less than 3 1/2 yrs old. It feels like i was just totally ripped off. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, ensuring everything was working perfectly. The customer service was outstanding, and they took the time to explain everything in detail. Plenty of other companies out there. They don’t stick to what they say. Beyond frustrated with Josh and Caleb from the office. Good off the start but did not follow through.

My furnace was acting up so I spoke with a rep on the phone and he was so kind, had very transparent pricing, and I said I would call around and shop prices and call them back. He called back minutes later and said he could tell we were down on our luck, that they were a Faith based business with the goal of helping people, and offered to send a guy out to diagnose our issues for us next day.
