Mark is great! Excellent service for a very reasonable price.
I had an issue with my washer, after explaining my problem they came out to fix it. The guy knew just what to do and had me up and running in no time. Very reasonable too.
My wife introduced me to Mark and his operation about 14 years ago and we have been using him ever since. We just bought a new used washer & dryer from another place and were ready to return it, but first called Mark. He told us that the washer we bought was going to behave differently than previous styles and quickly discovered the problem we were having. He ordered the parts and came back 2 days later, fixed the washer, set up the dryer and continues to earn our trust.
They play guessing games and when it doesn't work they make excuses...... wow what happened to standing behind your work....BAD BUISINESS
The operation is a life-saver for me. I own numerous properties and depend up them for equipment and repairs. I get a good deal on the stoves and refrigerators I buy, and service is dependable and honest. They are also a nice bunch, so what more can you ask for?
