RecommendedOur whole family has used Mark's for many years. Reliable, trustworthy, has a large supply of good used appliances that are affordable. Repairs that may need done after the warranty time are very reasonably priced. He is extremely caring about helping you with your problems.
called to have my dishwasher looked at due to leaking water. service tech showed up not even 1 minute into the appointment time and had everything fixed in less than 5 minutes. super knowlageable and friendly. 10/10
My husband purchased a washing machine from them. He did not look inside it since we had bought appliances from them in the past for our rental properties. We trusted them. When it was delivered it had mold and some material shredded inside. They came and cleaned it. The guy servicing the machine said it should have been done before it left their shop. Impressed with his integrity. He was unable to get a part to repair my stove, even though he tried. Made two trips to my house after the rebuild was ineffective. Only charged one service call. Will absolutely use his services in the future.
We chose A-1 Mark's to repair our washer 50+ years ago, whenever we have an appliance problem we call Mark's. Service today is just as 5 star as it was 50 years ago. Charges are most reasonable, and any of the service men we've had gave us very good advice, whether to buy new or repair the unit we had, saving us many dollars over the years. If we could, we would give A-1 Mark's 10 stars!
We highly recommend A-1 Mark's. We've been dealing with them for over 20 years. Very honest and reasonable. I recommend them to everyone I know.
