We had a basement space that needed to be cleared out, cleaned and sanitized. We were quoted $1200 for 4 hours of labor, trash removal and cleaning/disinfecting. The crew of 2 that were sent were kind and caring. However, they were here for only 55 minutes. They did remove the debris, but did not clean and sanitize. They did spray a disinfectant - and we were told not to go breathe it in for an hour or so. We had all of the windows of our home/business cleaned by A-1 and I am so impressed. There is a noticeable difference and they look just great. Connie kept us in the loop as to when Ron and staff would be here. They were on time, neat and quick. I will definitely use them again.
