I have used A-1 for years and they are top notch! Always on time and honest about repairs. My whole family uses them and my parents will not call anyone else. This company is truly A-1.
I was very skeptical when I was looking for a repair man. We just moved here from Nashville and called based on the reviews. Definitely a good choice. The service was quick, reasonable, and he did just what he said he would. Honest and up front from the start. It's a gamble when you call someone out to your house. I will call this company again. I would have given them higher than a 5 if it was possible!
I had called someone out to fix my washer and they gave me an extremely high quote to repair it. I had an uneasy feeling so I called A-1 because of their high rating. They came out, diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes and repaired it for less than half the original quote by the other company. A-1 has since repaired my icemaker and dishwasher. Bottom line, I am a customer for life!

Arrived early and repaired my dryer. I have called this company back twice and been pleased with all 3 service calls. I am glad I chose this company out of the Yellow Pages.
Diagnosed problem with my refrigerator over the phone. Arrived on time and brought replacement part, so the repair only took about 20 minutes. Reasonably priced, did not try to tack on extras, and worked quickly so as not to charge for extra time. Highly recommend!
A rare find....showed up on time to look at my dishwasher and icemaker. Repaired the icemaker and said the dishwasher needed a new motor. Called right then and there to check on costs. Since my dishwasher was over 12 years old, recommended I replace it because it would cost over half the price of a new one to fix. Cleaned up after himself and even made suggestions on what type of dishwasher to buy.
