I was highly dissatisfied with the overall service, as the locksmith failed to demonstrate the level of competence expected from a professional in this field.
I had lost my FOB and lock and key came out and did their best to get my key reprogrammed. Unfortunately my hybrid SONATA was not accepting the reprogramming and it didn't end up working. This was not their fault. Kyle was more than helpful and tried many options for 3 hours, even going to another store to pickup a different key. The phone receptionist was really nice and I would recommend this locksmith even though my key was not able to be reprogrammed. This is an issue with my car and not the locksmith.
