I did a quote for "cash for junk cars" (selling my 19 year old Acura) and the Prego bitch wouldn't put any buyers info on the title, didn't want to give me a bill of sale and when I said I needed one she didn't want to put any buyers info. Suddenly I made her uncomfortable and she left and tried to take the signed bill of sale with her. Fuck that.
Absolutely Crap Customer Service. And of you call... expect to be on hold all day only to be answered by a rude lowlife. A quote for a engine is rocket science? Please.
