Called A1 light truck on a Saturday at 11:30 AM ford a ford half ton rear axle. spoke to DON. Right out of the gate, don was not friendly. Just told him what rear axle I need and what gear ratio I need and that it had to be that ratio because it’s 4 wheel drive. This was my experience- My girlfriend purchased a transmission for her truck and it sat on the shelf waiting until we could do the swap. Unfortunately they have us the wrong transmission for the motor we had. We notified them of the mistake and they said they would exchange it for the correct one, which was nice of them. Meanwhile I called almost every week for an entire year until they finally had the transmission for her rig.
