Today was not the day you wanted to find and repair a leak in an unheated pool. The temperature of the pool was near freezing, icebergs were bobbing up and down and the air temperature was in the 60’s. Yet Bill & Charlie displayed a desire to fix the leak in our pool regardless of personal discomfort. They avoided a red ant nest and plunged into the water, checking the scupper, the returns, the main drain and finally the pool light enclosure. This was a good experience. When your pool drains to almost half in 3 days, you get a pit in your stomach thinking about the worst case scenario. Tyler came out, found and fixed the leak. He was very professional and provided good additional pool information. I hope to never see him again. But if I do get another leak, I will be giving A-1 a call.
I’m a satisfied customer and my opinions are based on my own experience with A1, company; if it helps others, needs to be understood that it is my experience. Very punctual and that’s very important, since demonstrated respect for others time, there is a definite commitment to aid in the discovery of the source of the leak and there is a prompt response to a follow up, without any hesitation, that is why I hired them. They lived an open door to further needs of advise and possibly future needs and repairs.
Pool was leaking. Had A-1 do a leak detection. Found nothing. $375. Still leaking. They refused to come back. Called Red Rhino, they found FIVE leaks. I'd give A-1 zero stars if it was possible. A-1 is incompetent. Wasted $375.00. I don't recommend them.
