Bill has done 2 inspections for us within the last 5 years. He is very good at what he does. He has taken care of us each time. He is a pleasure to work with. The process of working with him is always smooth. He communicates really well and always schedules us only a couple of days out. I recommend him to everyone that is buying a home.
