Absolutely amazing customer service. I was in a predicament and needed a cover made in a hurry. Turnaround time was 1 day and pricing was very reasonable compared to online stores that were out of state. I picked it up in Orlando. Very happy customer!
I didn’t think customer service like this existed anymore. Not only was our spa cover completed quickly, Sam delivered it to our house when we couldn’t find a way to transport it here. The metal plates were slightly misaligned, and so he quickly came over to pick up the cover and return it, fixed, in just a few hours.
