21st mortgage is a joke. they held our insurance money since 2017. don't buy a home using 21st mortgage. They say your mortgage is fha backed and use documents from fha to fossils it but when you fha they have nothing on you.
Do not buy from these people !! We purchased our home almost 2 years ago and the set-up wasn't done correctly. The walls started growing mildew !! They sent a crew out and they fixed 3/4 of the damage..we are still waiting for them to send someone out to finish the work. Wish we had gone somewhere else 😢.
