Terrible costumer relations, they never ever return a phone call and can forget about proper repairs to the property because the house can be falling apart and they just blame it on the owner. Please stay away and go to real professionals when renting a property. If you don't like to hear lame excuses about them not working as professionals just stay away from this money hungry group."
I have enjoyed living in the home that I currently rent from A-1 Home Management. I've had no issues around the house. The house has been hand painted. The backyard has a nice green space for my dog and kids. I would rent from A-1 Home Management again in the future if need.
They will take your application fee but they won't return a phone call. They don't give there cell phone numbers. You have to call the office and leave a message. Good luck getting a return phone call.
