We just had our home inspection on mine and my husband’s first home! Alton went above and beyond to inspect each and every nook and cranny for any potential problems! He was very kind and very to the point which was great for this sort of thing! Very glad I had him as an inspector for this portion of the home buying process!
Alton was amazing! This is my first home and he walked us through the inspection and gave us information regarding each aspect of our new home. He was able to answer all of our questions about different parts of them home that we had. Alton was also very informative regarding items that needed to be completed that we didn't even notice from the first time we walked through. I will be using Alton for my home inspection needs in the future was very thorough!
If I could give a negative star I would. My realtor uses this company to do home inspections and unfortunately she used him to do my inspection. As soon as I moved into my house I noticed leaks under the sink. I had to use a bucket to catch the water and empty it EVERY DAY! Also my daughter left the stove on and we had a small kitchen fire. NOT ONE SMOKE DETECTOR went off. The dog let me know. When I called him about the leak and the fire he told me that “smoke detector batteries die” although I began moving shortly after cl... read more
