Tim did an amazing job from the initial issue to installing our new tankless combo system. He communicated well, was courteous, takes pride in his work and cleaned up every day when done. Everyone we talked to on the phone at A-1 answered questions and were professional as well. Would recommend without hesitation.
The tech, Austin, was great! However, the appointment was scheduled for between 8 and 9am but he didn’t arrive until after 10am. I’m fairly certain that’s on the scheduler. The pump that we just replaced for $40 three weeks ago needed replaced again. A-1 charged us $169 to replace it with the exact same model.
Everyone has been great for the whole process! I had several issues at once going on at my house but A1 was quick, respectful and extremely helpful in getting our new cooler up and running.
We had our central air unit replaced today by Wade. He was great and efficient! Very professional and would recommend A-1 to family and friends.
