Well im sorry to hear they are closed. I had several companies come out and give estimates on replacing my AC with a heat pump. They impressed me just being honest. He looked at all my duct work and returns and told me they had to make my returns bigger and add 2 ducts for the system to work properly. Not 1 other company told me that and my system was at least 25 years old. A1 is OUT OF BUSINESS. My labor part of my Carrier warranty is now VOID as it linked to the company that did the installation only. Carrier still honors the parts warranty. A1 needs to shut off their phones, or at least place an outgoing message that they are closed.
Absolutely wonderful people. They didn't hesitate to help to get it done as soon as possible when all.the material came in. One day they had everything done. All knew Air-conditioned unit. Answer all my questions, eased my worries.
