Excellent, responsive customer service. A-1 Guaranteed scheduled me for next-day service right after I contacted them. The technician was incredibly professional and took the initiative to crawl into the tight ceiling space to take pictures of the ceiling leak area. His diagnosis was precise, honest, and documented with photos showing it was a roof leak rather than an HVAC issue. I deeply appreciate their honesty, speed, and stellar communication! This is why I will always be a Kasey’s Club member.
“Straight-As” for Jonathan Meza, your tech who serviced our 6 year old A/C unit today. Courteous, efficient, thorough. Good work!
Always Great Service...Johnathon did a very through job and explained all the details he was doing and fixes that were needed... THANK YOU JOHNATHON FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM ..
Great experience from start to finish. They showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with our old water heater, and had it replaced a few days later. Pricing was fair and clearly explained upfront; no surprises on the invoice. The new unit works great and the crew cleaned up completely before they left. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend
