Job well done as promised. Full roof replacement and clean-up completed after installation was through and everything looks great
I would never recommend this company. Customer service, HONESTY and quality workmanship is the cheapest most effective form of advertisement. It can make or break you. A 10k plus roofing job that 9 months in waves is not a good review. They claim it’s a ventilation issue. Ironic how 2 of their own employees over 2 years of dealing with them state there were no issues other than normal wear and tear prior to them doing installation. Chad L. was very helpful from the start. He gave us a very honest opinion on the condition of our roof and helped us understand aspects of the matter that we did not know about. The crew did a great job on the installation of the new roof and not too long after the job was done an inspector dropped by to check out the work that was done. They were all very professional in everything they did. We had an excellent experience and will recommend A-1 Guarantee Roofing to friends and family.
This is our second roof installed by A-1 Guarantee Roofing. We went with them again because of the service we received the first time. They're knowledgeable and have good work crews. Cody was available to us from the initial quote, through the install, and to the final inspection.
The crew did a great job on my new roof and gutters The team was very professional and helpful. Jimmy Garber was also very professional and helpful throughout the process!
