Just don't... After going back and forth for days and A-1 telling me that I can call them show up or contact them, upset me. At first they said they didn't have a record of me. Then they say I was wrong. They deflect and deny. Trouble is, I found pictures of proof that they left a bunch of materials on my front lawn; they did. They also denied that happened. Just don't. Added with an edit after A1 replied. A1 you did my roof 11 years ago and it still upsets me. You left all the left-over materials all over my yard. Didn't remove my old flue like I asked. Then we called recently and you said you wouldn't transfer the guarantee you claim to have. My father in law died and because of that you said you wouldn't stand up to your guarantee to come look at our roof. Because of that I have to say that was the last straw.
