Trevor Lee was a neighbor and friend. He went over my insurance papers which I didn’t know what it meant. I got a roof which he helped with color scheme on shingles and gutters. Since I pulled the trigger early I got shingles and gutters before the back ordered started. Got the job done to my approval. Fast and friendly people to work with
During this crazy time after the hail storm, Jimmy at A-1 Guarantee Roofing was out here 3 times . He had to deal with the problem that the insurance didn't want to pay for a replacement. He showed them the damage and convinced them to pay. ABOVE and beyond was the service. Plus the roofing and gutter work was top quality. You and I should never use anyone else because when you have a problem they will take care of it. They deserve more than 5 stars.
Unfortunately we had hail damage from the storm that passed through and had to have our roof replaced. So so so happy that we called A1 roofing!!! I would give them a million stars of if I could!! Great job, professional, done in a timely manner. Have recommended them to friends and family
