The most unprofessional subcontractor we have ever dealt with. We have worked together on multiple jobs, and the owner burned a bridge on this recent project. He collected our deposit, had an attitude when install questions were asked, and will refuse to refund our deposit after 2 months of delays and inconsistent answers on why we have delays. We needed 2 windows replaced that had gotten foggy probably due to seals that were not good. A1’s owner came out initially for the estimate. That was fine, and he was replacing some pins as well. We gave a 50% deposit, the glass was ordered, and service was completed in about a week from start to finish. Very happy with A1 Glass.
Today was the first shower I took in my newly renovated shower with A-1 putting out the finishing touches installing the glass. Daryll and his team were able to come out and do the measurements and let me know exactly what I'm getting which would be a vast improvement of the crap that was there before.
