We needed 2 windows replaced that had gotten foggy probably due to seals that were not good. A1’s owner came out initially for the estimate. That was fine, and he was replacing some pins as well. We gave a 50% deposit, the glass was ordered, and service was completed in about a week from start to finish. Very happy with A1 Glass.
Today was the first shower I took in my newly renovated shower with A-1 putting out the finishing touches installing the glass. Daryll and his team were able to come out and do the measurements and let me know exactly what I'm getting which would be a vast improvement of the crap that was there before. They were very helpful and professional. Only missing star because my door and glass arrived separately and on different days.
Although this company did a fine install, getting them to show up on time, or showing up at all, at agreed upon times, to fix 'issues' seemed virtually impossible. Constant reschedules, excuses, late arrivals, no phone calls...maddening. To assume our schedules are not important and that we can sit and wait and wait and wait, is simply offensive.
