Went early morning to drop off a jackhammer to get fixed. I asked if it’d be fixed same day he said yes only for me too stop by a few hours after and too see my jack hammer on the same spot I left it not even touched. He said it’ll be checked on and that by 3 it’ll be finished. I never got a call anything once it was 4 in the after noon. The worts service and really bad attitude to atend clients,owner of this place need to change person encharge ,anti professional,two bad experience for Me,never come va to this place!
We bought a weedwacker and the representative was friendly and helpful. He helped us decide on which weedwacker the going to be the one to get and also helped us get a 4 year warranty. He said the warranty is an in-house warranty and that we can just bring it in get help with it if we need it.
Places is nice, but the customer interaction is horrible employee in the front criticizes and makes fun of my hair clearly I am not amused, but continues making comments. Give suggestions to my mother on how to cut my hair horrible customer service and discrimination here the person working the register today around 10 must be moved to the back or learn proper customer service etiquette.
This store really stands behind their products. They helped me with warranty questions and handled everything quickly.
