Garage door repair service was prompt and professional. Highly impressed!
Called the local Fairfield California phone number that is advertised on their website, they set up an appointment with a 4 hour window for the next day. After the 4 hour window was up, I called to get an ETA for them, and they said that my address is outside their service area (mind you we live 3 miles from the address stated on the website).They said sorry. Wish I could give a zero star review. Waste of my time.

Very bad customer service. The guy I talked to over the phone to get my garage door springs replaced was very rude and told me to get it replaced where it’s cheaper!
