I paid almost $300 for A-1exterminators to place bait stations around my property due to mice. They told me that I would pay this higher cost one time and that after that they would return and refill the bait stations once for free. After that they would only charge $60 for additional refills. Well funny thing, as soon as I needed them to come back they stopped returning my calls. I have left multiple messages and texts and they refuse to fulfill their commitment. COMPLETE RIP OFF.
they came 4 days ago for mice, they said I would see results in a couple weeks.....already seeing it!!!! great customer service, professional exterminators, very fair pricing, and inform you so you can be in the loop. I recommend these guys to everyone I know who need pest control. so happy I found this company, the owner has and shows integrity, empathy, and runs his business in a truly wonderful fashion. I love A1 and I'm a customer for life now! thanks you guys!
We found A-1 on facebook and since day one they have always been very professional, always punctual and we have never had bug problems after they spray. The guys that come and spray are extremely professional and very respectful of our home!!!
I love this company. They are helpful and communicate great. I live in Draper and had a furry rodent issue since I am close to the train tacks. Have seen 2 in 1 year. No visitors inside the home. My mind is at peace. I really like how they explain everything and are there for their customers anytime there is a concern. Do not hesitate to use them it works great.
A-1 got rid of my ground mole or vol or gopher .. Whatever it was ! It tore up my yard for months until I called A-1 Exterminators. Thanks !
I want to give a shout out to A1. We have a 65,000 sq. ft. assisted living that's been bug and rodent free inside and out since being on service with A1. They're also quick on coming out if we have any issues. Their friendly staff does a great job!
