We paid for a site visit and consultation for a commercial project. The consultation was done by zoom where we were shown a number of photos of our site that they would not release to us. A man who had not visited the site, proceeded to walk through the photos and tell us all of the ways our project could be done. He pressed for a design contract. Have been waiting on drawings from them for over a month. They want payment for a revision, even though the revision was only needed because of a mistake they had made. They will not release the drawings to us without payment. They are also not returning our calls. I am trying to refinance my home, and cannot do so until drawings are released to us (and we can finish the work).
