Our heaters wasn't working and my house was getting very cold. With three kids and a grandpa I couldn't have that. So we called A1 and they was out first thing the next morning! They was very nice and professional and we have had no problems since! Thank you so much for your help! I would recommend them to anyone needing help!
Very horrible service, i would not recommend this company to anyone. I would give them zero stars if it was a option! They turned off their Facebook reviews so people couldnt see their opinions, any business that has to do that is sorry.
Very poor service the people their have no clue what they are doing. They will not make you a proirity.
Called this company several times to fix the heat in our building. Response every time is "We will get back to you, we are backed up". Meanwhile we have been without heat for almost 2 weeks in the middle of an ice storm. Ridiculous.
So it is a hot and muggy 87 degrees outside and our air conditioner that is less than three years old has gone out. Thankfully it is under warrant from the manufacturer, I call this office shortly after five, a lady answers the phone "A-1 Heat and Air", I think great, someone is there that will be able to help me. So I say " Yes, my air conditioner has gone out and I need to request service." the response I get from the lady is "the office is closed" No, she does not offer to take down my information and have someone come ou... read more
