Do not use A-1 exterminators! Been doing business with them since I bought my home in 2010. Bought a 10 year warranty 2 years ago for $800 thought we got a deal. Didnt hear from them until we called 6 months ago when we had to repair 3 structural walls of our home from termite damage $50,000 later. They said they could provide no help except Kipp told us he could waive 2 years of treatments for free lol. Very unresponsive company. Very unhappy customer.

I have a routine monthly treatment, however, no one showed up for my last scheduled treatment, no one called. I have called 3-4 times and left a recorded message and no one has called back to let me know what is happening. Did they go out of business?

Of all the pest company's I've used for my properties this is the worst. They have a guy name kip who i guess is the Camden county manager at nnga. Who will sell you side services under the table . That.cost more than what the company he works for charges . The guy is full of himself and a bit of a con. I called the company. And he lady at the desk is useless to talk to with any concerns so here I am. Do your self a favor and hire true professionals. Avoid this clown show of ego and unprofessilnalism.

5 stars all around! When I called inquiring about services, he was very pleasant & responsive- had the treatment done by the end of the day.
