A little pricy, but excellent food and service. Great small town atmosphere.
The place looks like it is frozen in time.. Which was cool, but the prices are expensive and the wait staff could be a but more attentive.
Great place to eat. Really good size portions. Burgers are also awesome and the fries are off the hook good. I really can't say enough good things about this diner.
I really treated myself yesterday! A stop at the A1 Diner was time well spent eating delicious chilli and fries. Though not a sophisticated meal, it was comfort food 101! The ice tea was fresh and flavorful, I topped it all off with their yummy apple crisp with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!! This was a great part of my day out on the motorcycle, 81 degrees on an October day in Maine is hard to top when you pause here!! Enjoy!
