Our roof is leaking. We need repairs, and eventually a new roof. We got a quote from the owner of A-1 Roofing Co. in ******, CO and Nov. 4th, 2021, signed a professional looking contract, and paid a total of $9,500 (1/2 of the total); other 1/2 was due upon completion. Check was cashed same day by A-1, but no follow-up phone calls were made to us by the company, nor were we scheduled for the work. A1 Dependable is an amazing and professional company. Niki did a very thorough inspection. She checked everything (even stuff I wouldn't have thought would have got covered) and she took pictures of everything. She showed us that she really cared about helping us and showed us all the pictures so we could see the damage too. She also helped me call in the claim and got us set up on the process. ****** showed up to make an assessment of our roof and had very encouraging results and a multitude of promises about what they would do and how they would do it. Number one he promised excellent service and instructed us to call the insurance co. to have an adjuster make an appt. Of course we did all that and informed him of that date. He assured us that he and *** would show up early to walk the adjuster through the job. When the insurance adjuster arrived, they were a No Show and never returned any calls. Amazing service and price! I worked with Jason Myers which actually started as a cold call!! I'm in a wheelchair and can't see my roof or do a lot of the work, so he took pictures and video to show me the situation.. We worked with insursance on the damages and he brought together a team to replace roof, delapitated deck, gutter guards, windows and screens. Jason was always professional, courteous and available throughout the entire process. He even verified all work for me!! Thanks Jason & A1!
