I am leaving this review not because of the move-out cleaning itself (as that is still to be determined and this will review will be updated accordingly, if necessary), but because of the deeply unprofessional, coercive, and ethically sloppy conduct of the owner/manager, Kimberly Gonzalez. I have come to a point in my life, it is too hard to vacuum and dust every weekend. Getting up and down onto the floor is just too hard. I reached out, to be truthful, on a lark, to see if a maid service would be something I can do. A-1 sent a team to my house and gave me a quote. A-1 worked within my budget, which is tight. A-1 cleaning did an incredible job on our high traffic areas in our home ! The bathrooms looked great and the effort they spent on our floors was top tier. The ladies were very professional and time efficient. The value of the service was well worth the price.
