The technician was extremely professional, explained everything to me in a clear and concise manner. Gave me a firm quote to do the repair. Had the replacement with him. Cleaned up after himself and work quickly and efficiently.

Very good experience! I was given a time and Nick showed up within 5 minutes of that time. He was professional, proficient, knowledgeable and personable...And the charges were reasonable and below the quote. Person I talked to in the office was just as good! Who could ask for more?
After the technician open the microwave, he told me over the phone, since I was not home at the time, he needed to replace the "upper and lower power supply". I asked him to confirm what he said, since my oven was working fine, and he confirmed. I also asked for a detailed receipt. He left a generic yellow receipt, witout the printed Co. name, stating that "terminal block assy fuse was replaced" and the total amount.
