Albert came to repair two leaks in our roof about a year and half ago. One of them relapsed recently. Despite multiple attempts to reach the company, including leaving multiple voicemails, we received no response. So, we had another contractor come out to assess the leak, and he determined that the previous repair job was very shoddy, and had not been completed properly (i.e., the original tile was still broken, and hadn’t been replaced, the under layer hadn’t been properly sealed, etc).
My Roof was leaking and they came in and pulled up the area and fixed it quickly. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.
They are next door replacing the neighbors roof. The noise they make from singing and screaming at each other is obnoxious. And they entered my yard an inflated my meyer lemon tree. The man in charge said they would remedy it, its been 2 days and not a peep from them. May have to take them to small claims o=court.
