Their portable redlights placed on Middle Valley Rd are causing the road to back up at least a mile almost all the way from the work site to Hixson Pike. This whole week one side turns green for about 5 seconds and then stays red for about 3 min to the point that no vehicles are going through and the mile of traffic is sitting still just waiting on nothing.
