Took my f150 in to get diagnosed today and Cory was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would recommend this shop over any others if you value transparency and being treated like an actual person. I will be coming here to get my oil changed and any other services done from now on.
Brought my car in for a second opinion on an issue diagnosed as a cracked engine block from a different place. A1 kept in constant contact with me as they 1) looked over my vehicle, 2) looked over my paperwork from some prior work done by the other place, 3) walked me through what had actually happened and finally 4) wrote out a clear, easy to understand diagnoses & what they had done to repair the issue so I could take the bill directly to the other guy.
