Fast and Furious service and they even had Girl Scout cookies there so I was extremely happy
I can't say enough great things about this place. I had to get my window fixed and they got me right in that day, took me to work and went beyond to clean out the broken glass from my car. The ladies in the office were so helpful with calling my insurance company with me. Love that this is a family owned and operated business. A+++
I have worked with A1 auto several times and have always had A+ service. The work is great and the staff is friendly. Would not go anywhere else!!! Keep up the good work A1!!!
I have used A1 for all of our glass needs for our home and autos. We have always received great service. I have used the upholstery side of the company for dining chairs, super attention to detail! I refer them to all of our friends and family.
Could not ask for better customer service!!!! Have used A1 for years, goes back to Steve Clevenger and onto Meg and Dallas Smith, always there when you need them, which has been alot for me, from windshields every six months for my husband to great upholstery work on cars, boats, furniture, you name it,!!!! I WOULD NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE!!!

I have had but nothing but great professional service since I started going there 20 plus years ago when I moved to Battle Creek. I would not go anywhere else.
Stopped today at food pantry at the fire hub for an elderly couple that isn't able to get out. I parked in A1 parking lot. The lady came outside and told us we couldn't park there. My ex wife preceded to apologize to her and she started yelling and saying at least she didn't need a free turkey. As a business owner and member of the community she should no better. If she treats people trying to help those in need out then I will make sure that anyone I know who needs work done that they go some place else. Very heartbreaking ... read more
