Extremely rude. Sad to have business like this in the community. Ion showed great disrespect before hearing my concerns. As a neighbor within walking distance, I will never ever get air here again. I have 3 vehicles that he could have serviced. He wasted not only both of our time but also a future business. Deal with these folks at your own risk.
