We had our appointment set for a week, exactly 7 days. My husband called the day before to see if we could drop our car off for the night, they didn't have room. Not a problem! My husband is there at 8 AM for our appointment the next day....they never ordered the part. Not sure why, was never told why. I was on my way to Detroit from Kentucky when my radiator was pierced by a rock. It was late in the day, close to their closing time when I ended up at A-1 auto shop. They helped me so much even when they couldn’t fix my VW Atlas. They called other places, and gave me addresses to all VW dealerships in Michigan. Knowing I was close to losing it, she helped keep me calm. There was no hesitation to help me even in these unprecedented times. I Can’t thank you enough, A-1 auto!
