I have always had great service from A-1 Appliance Service Company. Their service professionals, especially Andrew, are always timely, honest, and trustworthy. I appreciate how quickly they respond to service calls, and are so helpful with scheduling needs. I would highly recommend them for appliance service. 10/10!
Dishonest company. This company was referred to us by Miele interational to repair our appliances. When I spoke to the company they said that our appliance repair would be COD due to warranty lapse. I told the company that I would have to verify with Miele and that I would call them back when I had clarification. This was on a Tuesday. Worst customer service. They had been out twice over the past two years to fix the same washer. Called and told them what the problem was. They sent someone out. Cost me $85 for the guy to tell me in less than 5 minutes that it will cost $1200 to fix the GE front load washer. He also said I should have described the problem as they could have told me over the phone it wasn't worth fixing. I told him that I did ... as the washer was under $1000 and it has been fixed twice. He said ... OH. NEVER calling them again.
Best Service Company EVER – This is the best service company I have ever dealt with. From the pleasant and helpful person who answered the phone, to the service technician who came to our home, they were consummate professionals throughout the entire process. Extremely friendly and helpful before ever requesting a dime. Would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone.
