This place has horrible communication. Took the day off work because he was supposed to be here to tear apart my washer to see if he had the parts to fix it and he never showed up or called to say the reasoning why he couldn’t make it. Very unprofessional to waste someone’s time when the business schedules the appointment.

Dillon came out and fixed my dryer was very professional and was excellent at explaing everything was in and out in no time I would highly recommend this business.
We don't write many reviews, but this is more recommendation, than review. We spoke to Brady on Thurs and Dillin came out the next day (Fri), to fix our refrigerator, which was leaking water. We were very pleased with him and his vast knowledge. This was one of the best service experiences we've had in a long time. We are so thankful there are still companies like A-1 around - especially, so close by! Highly Recommended! RBH
