Would love to leave a bad review after 3 visits and $800....but now they are out of business and my a/c is down again....same problem! I am so angry. And if you call their number they sold it to another company that is only looking for leads, no warranty of A-1s work. So I have a different company here now trying to resolve it. A-1 tried to sell me on cleaning the unit on roof for little over $100. I said no not now. New company says it looks fine, no need. So what else did I pay that money for and it not work? Made me a custom stainless steel grill wind shield. Exactly what I needed and very reasonable price! Cheaper than the one from manufacturer had it actually fit.
They gave me good advice that saved me a lot of money when they could have done what I thought needed to be done which would have made them a lot of money.
