I simply cannot thank you enough for your guide to fixing the Windows 10 cluster f**k. As a note: I had to disable Avast on both my ancient but functional laptop while downloading the update to USB AND on my "broken" computer that needed the fix. I also had to run the update from USB twice before it worked. But indeed I am back with all my files and data intact! Most grateful in Tennessee, Lori

My desktop made a loud ""POP" with a lot of smoke coming out of it. Took it to the Cellar. Gabriel took it apart at the front desk and, after a little detective work, found that it was a blown capacitor. Replaced the whole PSU within a couple hours. I was up and running the same day. Great service!
The folks at Computer Cellar are so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Andre managed to recover all of my files after my computer crashed and then patiently showed me how to back up my files in case this happens again. Great people and great service. So grateful!
