They hold you accountable! I loved that. They have great ways of making sure you actually come to the gym and not just pay a membership fee for giggles. They also give you a call to see how you’re going with everything. The trainers are all really great, sparring with them is super fun and they cater to your level. One round is 30mins and I’m in and out of there knowing I did a full work out. I waited til I’d been a bit before I reviewed, and it’s maybe the best fun gyms I’ve been to.
