9Round is a great 30-minute full body workout that's convenient and efficient. The 24/7 access and no class times are awesome and allow the workout to fit into my schedule. The gym is clean, friendly staff, and it's a great workout!
I recently joined 9Round Matthews and I’m loving it. The workout itself is great, in and out in 35 minutes or so and you feel it. I love that it’s different everyday so my body is always adjusting. The BEST part of this spot is the TEAM. Brooke and her trainers are fun, friendly, super supportive and knowledgeable. I look forward to every visit!

Had a great experience! Staff was friendly and encouraging, was a mix up with my class pass but Brook took care of us. Looking forward to going back again.
Came in for a trial to see if I could do it. Brooke walked me through every step… something new to get back in shape and condition my body. Can’t wait!
