I first joined 9Round in 2015 and trained consistently through 2022. After a few years away, I returned to 9Round Matthews in 2026 and remembered why I love it: motivating trainers, personalized attention, and efficient, challenging workouts. Thank you, to the owner Brooke and her trainers, for the sweat-dripping workouts and for reminding me how much I love 9Round! 🥊

As someone who hasn’t done boxing for a while this was an amazing place to come back and pick it up, they have the perfect balance of getting back to where you were and adding new and exciting exercises and movements to keep you going back and back for more, the exercises rotate daily so you look forward to a new challenge each day you comeback, my girlfriend was new to the world of kickboxing and boxing and with the help of Brooke she was able to feel comfortable and have fun during her trial which lead us to sign up here! ... read more
Love the workouts. Perfect amount of time to get an intense workout in. Using muscles you would not normally use. Staff have all been great and help out with the workout while there. The 24 hour option is a plus.
