Brooke has a super rude customer service with the false and inaccurate information. Plus she hung up the phone in my face while speaking to me. Brooke told me one thing and another thing the next time around. I will not pay for anything after you told me to bring the equipment and I’ll get the membership on Oct 25 phone call. I explained to you on that very phone call about I won’t be able to do the membership as planned. You told me to bring the equipment and pay for the gloves. After a several year hiatus I joined this location at end of August. Almost 10lbs down since. 24 hour access helped sell me on joining. Training staff is super supportive and NOT Pushy.
Breaking sweat at 9Round Kickboxing has been a pleasant experience allowing me to workout at my convenience. Their app is user friendly. Great location. Will definitely recommend to others.
Great facility, great staff, great program 10 out of 10, would recommend to a friend.
