As someone who hasn’t done boxing for a while this was an amazing place to come back and pick it up, they have the perfect balance of getting back to where you were and adding new and exciting exercises and movements to keep you going back and back for more, the exercises rotate daily so you look forward to a new challenge each day you comeback, my girlfriend was new to the world of kickboxing and boxing and with the help of Brooke she was able to feel comfortable and have fun during her trial which lead us to sign up here! ... read more
Love the workouts. Perfect amount of time to get an intense workout in. Using muscles you would not normally use. Staff have all been great and help out with the workout while there. The 24 hour option is a plus.
Can say enough good things about 9 ROUNDS Mathews. Great environment. Clean, friendly, and something I did not think I would say about exercising it is alot of fun. The different rounds that are changing ever day keeps it entertaining makes you look forward to coming back. Highly removed this place.
