The Owner's TL and Erica are amazing! Very motivating and friendly! The staff is personable and make workouts fun! And with the style of ownership, you feel like you're family walking into every workout with the clientele they attract! The workouts are pre-built for you! Just walk in and do your thing for 30 min. So easy! Personally.. Ive been a athletic person my entire life. The conditioning they offer from a different workout everyday is incredible! You feel so much stronger after just a few workouts!
I have been a member since this gym opened. This is the only workout I have ever stuck with because it is different every day. The trainers are amazing. They get to know you as a human. Help you modify or intensify if you need. Always fully supportive. They will even check in if you haven’t been there for a while to make sure you’re ok. There is zero judgement by any members. It’s always super clean and just a great place all around. I highly recommend trying them if you haven’t yet.
I’ve been a member for a few years now, and it still never feels like a chore going to the gym! The workout changes every day and is only 30min. Everything can be modified as much as you need - I was able to continue working out through my entire pregnancy. The owners, trainers, and other members make it such an inclusive environment. If you’re unsure, just give it a shot!
