Recently joined and already feeling/noticing the changes in my body. Staff is very welcoming and jump in to help when they’re on site. The workouts are already set for you on a screen and it’s simple to follow. If you want to challenge your physical/mental capabilities as we approach summer, I recommend joining!
Great gym experience. I never Get bored with the workouts. I also Love the flexible hours, they make working out easy with my crazy schedule!
I have been working out at 9Round since 2016. I left during COVID and tried somewhere else. The grass was not greener and the workout was not better! I could list multiple reasons but no class times, trainers that care and work one on one with you, and the workouts themselves are just a few. I also lost a lot of overall muscle and definition. I will never take for granted the type of workouts I get at 9Round!!!
9 Rounds is the best and most convenient workout! I have been a member since 2017 and there is a reason I’ve stayed so loyal. Lou and staff are so encouraging! The 30 minute style workout hits every muscle. It really is a full body workout. I’ve never felt stronger than when I’m punching and kicking the bag!
