Just finished up my second week at this place. It's awesome! Workouts are challenging, it is built upon your schedule, and staff are very helpful and kind!

The operating hours (especially early morning) and timed 30-min sessions work well with my schedule juggling a full-time job, household and family. The trainers are encouraging and helpful! Each day is different so you don’t get bored and you get a total body workout!
