I cancelled my membership and the owner refuses to refund charging me for MONTHS after. I see on other reviews this has happened before. 9rounds HR then sends it to collections and refuses to cancel your membership. They say there is nothing they can do and their hands are tied. Tommy the aventura location owner made unauthorized charges to my card and refuses to refund me. BEWARE!!!
I have cancelled my membership 6 months ago and the owner of the gym keeps charging me. He keeps saying he will pay me back by text. Clearly he is a scammer:( Do not get a membership here he will overcharge you and then scam you too...
Amazing workout and vibes! Love that it’s a 30min complete and fun workout. It’s so convenient that you can come in at any time and there’s no need to reserve a spot or anything like that. Love the trainers, they’re the best!
I’ve been in the studio for 2 years, have a good experience every time I go, lost 15 pound and I’m getting stronger every day since a then.. highly recommended go get a free trail!
