Best workout ever!! Had a goal to lose 10 lbs, they're off!! And I had a blast doing it...never boring! The owners are awesome, they really care about your goals. Cool staff! Love my gym
Awesome workout and really great people... Everybody addresses you by your first name.. Great trainers who put together a really dynamic circuit training workout, I am drenched in sweat after 2 rounds. The hours are really convenient, opens at 5am and they have later sessions as well,so you could go whenever you want. It's really the ultimate full body workout, you could go at your own pace with each round so it's great for all levels of fitness.. Good sweaty fun! The trainers are top notch, making you feel right at home from the first day forward. That helps the high intensity no-nonsense workout pass quickly. Love this place!
