9round has been the only gym I’ve been consistent in! I love that I can get a full body workout in 30 minutes, quick and convenient for those with busy schedules. All of the trainers are amazing and the environment is awesome. 100% recommend coming to 9round to get your fit in 🥊
Amazing! I started working out here after I gave birth, and only 3 months later I lost all the extra weight. I also love the fact that it’s only a half an hour intense work out and even though there is one instructor for everyone there, it feels like you have a personal trainer since it’s a small group. I go in the mornings, shout out to Julia who pushes us and always takes good care of us.
If you are looking for a challenging workout that shows results, come to 9rounds at Tamiami and talk to Julia. She is the ultimate best trainer!
Love 9 Rounds. Quick and efficient workout plus you have great trainers available to you whenever you need them to help you. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced you push yourself as much as you can. Plus the music is great to listen to while working out. I recommend anyone to try it out!!!
