I couldn’t be happier with the results I've had so far with 9ROUNDS! This Oviedo team is truly awesome! I am a very busy mom of 2 and they offer NO SET CLASS TIMES so I am always able to get in, get my workout done and get back to everything else. I MEAN 30 MINUTES?! The trainers push you so that you give your absolute best and it's truly such a fun environment! I'm so happy I found 9ROUNDS!
I've had a great experience so far at 9Round Oviedo. I've worked out in the past, but never got the results I was looking for, not to mention the boredom factor. In the past month and a half, I've both lost pounds and gained muscle and have been challenged physically and mentally at each workout with variety. RecommendedI joined 9 round about two months ago and loved every minute of it. I love the flexibility it has to offer as you never need to worry about class times, which is perfect for a working mom like me. The staff is also super friendly and always willing to show you how to correctly do an exercise and no two days are the same. Added bonus, you get to hit things!
I love this place!! I have never stuck with any program but this one is fun and keeps me motivated! So glad I made this life change!!
I probably passed this gym a million times before going in. I figured a kickboxing gym was a bunch of people already in perfect shape working out and definitely not for the ‘mom in her latter 30’s crowd’. But the range of fitness levels is not only surprising but comforting and the support and attention to multiple levels of workout needs is amazing. The workouts are tough, the trainers push you, but they also adjust up and down as needed and make sure you’re doing it right for your fitness level.
I’ve been going to 9Rounds for about 2 months and it has been wonderful. It’s only 30 minutes and they are open early enough that I can go before work. The trainers are supportive and every workout is different. I’ve lost 13 pounds already and I am going to keep it up!
Great 30 minute workout on my schedule. The workouts change everyday and and the trainer will personalize for you where you are at. You can feel yourself getting stronger each time!
What can I say about this awesome place?...Simple, If you are looking for a gym that gives you results, with an amazing staff who takes ownership on everything, great music, excruciating great workouts. Well, THIS IS THE PLACE. It keeps you coming back. The 9Rounds team will be with you every step of the way! Not judging you, but motivating you to push yourself to the limit!!
