The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's exhausting!!!!!! This is not for the faint of heart but you feel like you get a great workout in just 30 minutes!!! Trainers have been great coming up with alternatives for my hurt shoulder. Try it! You might like it!
It's just perfect. I love it. Good for all levels.
Great and tough workout! I have never done boxing before and the trainers made me feel really comfortable. I encourage everyone to try it!
Best workout period!! Total body workout in 30 mins, coaches are great and they change the excercises daily so you never get bored. And best of all I feel and see the results.
