I did a trial and really enjoyed it. However, I didn't sign up as I found a better fit for me. Give it a try if you are interested!
LOVE my 9 Round workouts!! Took seven years off of working out after I had my son and was having a hard time telling people I was still carrying "baby weight". I knew that I didn't want to go to a gym where I ran in place or stared at a tv every time, and 9 Round fits the bill.
